REGISTRATION
To get the most out of rhojobs.com, you need to create a user account
as either an Employer
or Job Seeker
With a user account you will be able to:
• View job postings specific to our industry
• Post resumes - from industry professionals
• Email prospective employers.
• Post jobs - Your audience is looking for you!
• Read resumes -
• Email prospective employees.

To
create an account as an employer:
Under
the Log In Box on the right side of page, select “Employer Register“
Complete
the registration form (step 1)
-User ID – this will be your log in name required to
log in.
-Password - this will be your password required to log in.
-First, Last Name – are both required to register
-Company Name, Address, City Town are not required but will help improve
the quality of the responses to people who respond to your postings.
- Email – This is required to complete the registration process. This
is also going to be displayed to people who respond to your postings.
- Phone, Fax, Company Description – are not required but help improve
the quality of the responses to people who respond to your postings.
-Agency – check this box if you are an employment agency posting on
RHOJobs.com.
-Receive Updates- check this box if you want to receive occasional information
on website updates.
When you have completed the form, click on the “Register
Now Button”
Account
Validation (Step 2)
• An email is sent to the address you selected for registration.
• The email will contain a link to the site along with a verification
code you can use to log into the site. Go to the Log in Box and log
in for the first time.
You are now a user. Enjoy!

to retrieve your log-in information for RHOJobs.com:
Log
into RHOJobs.com
Click on the "get
password" link and enter your email address you used
when you first signed up.. This link is listed in the "Log In"
Box located on the right side of the Welcome Page.
Rhojobs.com will immediately
generate an email to that address with your
log in and password. Use it to Log on to RHOJobs.com and Enjoy!

How Do I Post a Job on RHOJobs.com?
- Log into
RHOJobs.com: Go to the Log in Box located on the right side of
the RHOJobs.com Homepage. Use your assigned log in and password.
(I forgot my log in and password)
- Click on
the Employers Icon on the Top Left of the RHOJobs.com Home Page.
- Complete
the Online Form:
- Select Payment Option: Visa/Mastercard/American
Express Payments through PayPal Procesing Service. RHO Members
can call the RHO Office to have Jobs Posted for them. Postings will
then be billed automatically to your membership account!
Any special member offers must be processed through the RHO
Office. Call 510-537-0340 ext. 106.
-Select the Category(ies) you which to post your job.
For multiple categories, press and hold the "Ctrl" key while
selecting categories.
-Number of Openings: Enter the number
of Job openings your are recruiting fo this position.
-Job Status: Fulltime, Part time
-City
-State
-Zip
-Salary - This can be a Dollar Amount ore even a
text message like "Negotiable"
-Site URL - You can type in your company's web site
here if you chose.
-Job Requirements - Describe the required skills
and abities for the position you are announcing
-Job Description - Give a detailed description of
the job for which you are recruiting. You may also place any other
pertinent information in this section, like special application or
contact instructions.
- Submit Ad
by clicking on the "Submit Ad" Button at the bottom of the
page.
- Upload Image
Page - This feature is not currently active. Just click the continue
link to continue.
- Make Payment
- Clock on the PayPal Log to be taken to the RHO's Secure PAyment
Page (128-bit encryption protection). You must Complete the Page and Submit
your payment for your ad to be processed. You will recieve a payment confirmation/reciept
for your records via email. Again RHO Members can call the RHO Office
to have Jobs Posted for them and billed to their RHO account.
- Your
Posting is reviewed and Posted. Once you
complete the process, the RHO team reviews your ad and then releases it
to the web site. Your Jobs is now viewable by all registered users.

To Post A Resume:
Step
One: Log into RHOJobs.com
Click on the "get
password" link and enter your email address you used
when you first signed up. This link is listed in the "Log In"
Box located on the right side of the Welcome Page.
Step
Two: Begin Posting Your Resume
Click
on the Job Seekers Icon in the Upper Left Header of the web page.
- Select
Create Resume
- Complete
the Online Resume Form:
- Private Check Box: check this
box if you do not want employers to be able to browse your resume.
You will still be able to send it to prospective employers if you
so choose.
-First Name, Last Name. This section has been
auto filled for you from when you created your RHOJobs.com Account.
You can change this if you like.
-Four Main Skliis: RHOJobs..com
gives you a chance to list your four most important skills. This
information is displayed to employers and also improves an employers
ability to search your posted resumes (that have not been marked
private). Use these Boxes to highight information contained inthe
rest of your resume.
-Highest Completed Class: Select the most appropriate
education level from the pull down menu.
-Type of Work: Select the appropriate type of
employment sought; part-time; full-time, contract, etc..
-Category:
Select the INdustry categoriesyou which to post your resume. For
multiple categories, press and hold the "Ctrl" key while
selecting categories.
-Post Resume: Type or cut and paste your resume
text into this box. This should contain all inf0rmation you would
normally place on a resume, including your contact information,
references, work history, education, etc. Be as detailed as necessary.
-Create Online Resume: Click this button to create
a resume and place it in your profile for eash access.
Other Notes:
You can create multiple resumes and modify them when ever you
wish. You can use your resumes now to reply to jobs, or to email to prospective
employers.
To View, modify,
or to delete your resumes, click on the myJobs button in the
log-in box.
